* The outfit ordered online by our customers is individually listed with measurements. So we expect our customers to support Missy’s NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE POLICY.

* We will not be able to refund or exchange any online sales at www.missyonline.co.uk under any circumstances.

* You should expect 95% of what you see. We do not Guarantee for 100%. This is because it is hand work and 100% is not possible.

* The outfits ordered online by our customers might have slight colour variation when compared to the actual outfit. It is not practically possible to get the same colour as displayed on the monitor. There are many things to be taken into consideration like photography and different shades of colour under different lights and medium. We expect our customer who orders any outfit from missyonline.co.uk is aware of this valid problem Missy faces.

* Our shipping agent will attempt delivery to the address specified by the customer. Due to any reasons if customer is unable to accept the parcel then the responsibility is on the customer to collect the parcel from shipping agent. In further delay if the parcel is destroyed by the shipping agent Missy is not be held responsible.

Order Fulfilment Policy:

* After you place an order, allow a few business days for us to process the order. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email or phone. When your order is ready, it is shipped immediately. Please allow 12 working days (Excluding Saturday and Sunday) for deliveries. We will not held responsible if the order is delayed due to unforeseen natural calamities and reasons out of our control. We do not stock in bulk, therefore each outfit is unique and customized. We promptly provide refunds for items that are not available.

* At the discretion of www.missyonline.co.uk, if missyonline.co.uk is willing to take return or exchange then the products have to be delivered to our Return Address within 8 working days from the date of receiving return authorization. Customer is solely responsible for the product till it is delivered (with signature proof) at our Return Office.
